When you chase, harass and pursue others you are showing them your leadership qualities… or rather your lack of leadership qualities!
People don’t want to be sold to. They want to make choices on their own so, let them. Give out helpful information that teaches them the right choice to make and let them come to you.
Being a leader means letting others come to you.
IMPORTANT! Please understand… It doesn’t mean hiding in your office behind the desk and never picking up the phone or returning an email, but rather showing your leadership by taking control of the conversations and following a system.
If you struggle with this, get some training. Talking to your leads will often times make or break your business. YES, it’s that important!

Thanks Seth! Good call on the YouTube videos. That is a real piss off when you search for help and you think you’ve got the right video and then it ends up being a blatant ad for something else. I’ll add that to the “douchebag” list of what not to do in the MLM industry online. Cheers! Erica
