Log into your WP admin panel
Settings
Permalinks
Custom structure /%category%/%postname%/
Save changes
IMPORTANT!!! If you change your permalinks but already have links out there to posts that you did with the old structure you will need to use a plugin like Dean’s Permalinks Migration.
