Now that you understand the reason for having a Sales Funnel in place, let’s get started building one…

STEP ONE: Your Business Needs A Home.

A place that you can send all of your traffic and leads.

Step 2:  Funded Proposal and Form

A funded proposal is usually generic information in the form of ebooks, training, videos, daily or weekly email series.

It is an offer that the people in your niche can’t refuse.  Something they really want and that offers amazing value, usually for free or a very low cost.

Combine that with an opt in form.

They must opt in before they get the offer!

This puts them into your email list and once they have confirmed they want to be there, they get whatever amazing offer you dangled in front of them.

Putting new leads into your list that you can market to later.

Step 3:  Autorepsonders

These automated email messages will change your business!

I remember sending each email by hand to all the people I thought might be interested in my business. It took me AGES!  Then I had to go back and do it all over again the next day.

With autoresponders, you put your email efforts on autopilot!

You write messages once and each person that opt ins to your list gets that message on a pre-determined day.

For example:
Sally opt ins and immediately gets your first message which is a welcome and an introduction to who you are and how you are going to help her get the results she is looking for.

Step 4:  Affiliate Products, Services, Tools and Training

Earlier I mentioned a message that Sally was going to get about a product or service you liked to use in your business with a link to check it out.

Pay close attention because this is where the cash comes in…

That link takes Sally to YOUR personalized url for that product or service.  When she buys it, you get a commission from that sale!

This is called affiliate marketing and it is a brilliant way for you to make money on the people who will never join your business.

The trick is finding the right products to promote and finding the right words to promote them.

Always think give before you get and the “selling” will come naturally.

Write your autoresponder emails as a series of helpful messages with the links to your personal affiliate links built in.  If a person is interested in getting the same results you have with a certain product or service, they will click the link to check it out themselves.  Then they are ‘selling themselves’ instead of you pitching and selling to them.  Big difference!
