For millions of you out there, hustling to get your business in front of as many people as you can is your number one priority.
Problem is - you’re wasting your money, time and effort!
I’m sure your upline has told you to talk to anyone within 3 feet of you and to make a list of 100 people. They may have even given you a “memory jogger” to help you remember the smelly kid in your 5th grade class and your aunt’s second cousin that used to babysit for those people that live around the corner from person the cashier at Walgreens used to date.
This does NOT work!
Why?
These people simply aren’t looking for what you have to offer.

You are “pitching” them on a concept you believe in but they most likely are not interested in.
This causes pain, frustration, hair loss and most likely friend loss as you chase them all away.
Talking to people about your business is important, yes. But what is more important is talking to the RIGHT people about your business.
Not Everyone is cut out to be in business for themselves.
Truthfully, they just don’t have what it takes to make it. Or they might be the completely wrong fit for your business and your team.
You need to get in front of people who are actively looking for what you have to offer.
It breaks down like this…
If you were a real estate agent, you would advertise where you knew people looking to buy and sell homes would be looking.
You wouldn’t tell Uncle Frank he needs to buy a new house because you think he needs one!
You want to spend your time working with people who want what you have!
So stop “pitching” your son’s little league coach and your daughter’s piano teacher! You’re only losing friends and alienating people. Branding yourself as a “used car salesman” of the neighborhood is not good.
In our next post I’ll explain who you want to talk to and why.
