1. They wanted a quick fix and big bank overnight.
MLM, Network Marketing and Home Based Businesses are not get rich quick schemes. They are a long term plan for residual
wealth. The ultimate goal is to build an income that pays you for life.
2. They joined the wrong company or the wrong team.
If you join a company that folds, has no leadership, has no capitol to back it up, or products people don’t use on a regular basis you will struggle or outright fail. If you team up with leaders with no clue how to build a business online and teach you outdated methods, you will fail… slowly and painfully!
3. They weren’t ready to learn.
This is a simple business if you do it right. If you come in thinking you know it all and aren’t willing to learn from your leaders, you will fail. Some outside experience will help, most makes your business harder to build.
If you think this will be easy because “you can sell ice to eskimos” you will suck at this! This is not about selling. This is about helping others get what they want! People do not want to be sold to and if you come off as a sales person you will work hard and have nothing to show for it.
4. They run out of people to talk to.
After they have harassed every family member, friend (even the ones they haven’t spoken to in 10 years), member of their church, their grocery store check out clerk, the plumber, the dog groomer, their kids’ teachers and the mailman, they run out of people to pitch their business to.
5. They run out of money to invest in their business.
Without additional streams of upfront income it gets hard to keep a business alive. Banking on the income you make from your primary business is the best way to go broke!
