Hmmmmm Let Me Think…

Motivation

Research shows that on an average day you have around 65,000 thoughts that run through your mind.

With 85% of them being the exact same as the ones you had the day before.

And 90%- 95% of them were negative!

Which means that 61,000 + negative things rush through your head everyday!  And out of those 61,000 – 55,000 were there yesterday too.

If you believe in the laws of attraction and the “secret” you know that the energy you put out through your brainwaves comes back to you.

Now, if 85% of what your brain is sending out is negative, how will you ever have a chance for positive change?

So, take a minute to think and think hard about the things you allow into your head everyday.  Make room for the positive and push out the negative.

How do you find ways to stay positive even on the worst days?  Leave us a comment below and let us know.

Hi guys, I find that by eradicating as much negativity from my daily life, I am able to focus more on staying positive.

For a start I do not read newspapers, nor do I listen to radio or TV news. If I read a magazine it must be topical & uplifting.

I then have a few “mantra’s” that I apply to my thinking every day -

“It’s not so much the situation that bugs you – but rather what you think of the situation”, in other words, catch yourself before you get upset at something you cannot control & change your thinking as fast as you can!

“Thoughts create things – think the good ones” – simply put, just keep on thinking good, strong positive thoughts, those will make you feel good & if you feel good today, your tomorrow will also be great!

This is not something you can change overnight, but with diligent practice you can make it a way of life within a few short months.

Wishing you an inspired day, Michael
